Agreement By using Onepriceai, you acknowledge and consent to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Service Usage Account holders are accountable for all activities conducted through their account. They are prohibited from selling, transferring, licensing, or assigning their account, followers, or any related rights. Usage Restrictions You are obliged not to engage in prohibited actions such as reproducing, distributing, or revealing any part of the service in any form.
Service Termination Zevo.ai reserves the right to cease or suspend your access to our service without prior notice or liability for any reason, particularly in cases of a violation of these Terms.
Terms Amendments We hold the authority to alter these Terms at our discretion. Should there be significant changes, we aim to provide a minimum of 30 days' notice before any new terms become effective.
Liability Limitation Zevo.ai, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana,India and should be interpreted accordingly, regardless of conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Cancellation & Refunds You can cancel your subscription anytime. In case of yearly plan, you will get a refund on pro-rata basis excluding the month of cancellation and payment gateway charges. Please write to srikanth@zevo.ai from your registered email address after you cancel the subscription for refund.
In the case of monthly plans, you won’t get any refund.
